Mandalika International
Street Circuit
The Pertamina Mandalika International Street Circuit, located in Central Lombok, hosted its inaugural MotoGP race in 2022 and the Indonesian Grand Prix has since become a flagship event on the MotoGP calendar. The circuit is part of the Mandalika Special Economic Zone (KEK Mandalika), a government-backed tourism development spanning over 1,175 hectares along Lombok's southern coastline.
The Grand Prix brings tens of thousands of international visitors to Lombok each race weekend, boosting demand for premium accommodation across the island. Saraya Beach Resort is positioned on Lombok's southwest coast, approximately 1.5 hours from the circuit — offering guests a peaceful retreat before or after race events.
Beyond MotoGP, the Mandalika precinct includes the WorldSBK (Superbike World Championship) and is driving broader infrastructure investment across Lombok, including new roads, upgraded utilities, and expanded airport capacity.
