How to verify any communication from Saraya
Please read this before responding to any request for payment that appears to come from Saraya, Kinnara Capital, or anyone claiming to represent the project.
Five red flags
We will never ask you to:

Send funds to a personal bank account
Every payment goes to a named Kinnara or PT Saraya entity account documented in your signed Purchase Agreement. Never to an individual.
Send funds to any payment channel outside the agreed escrow flow in your signed purchase agreement
If a request asks you to use a different account, payment processor or wallet than what's in your signed agreement, it is not from us.
Provide cryptocurrency or stablecoin payments
We do not accept payment in any cryptocurrency or stablecoin under any circumstances.
Share your full banking credentials, password, or one-time codes
We will never ask for your online banking login, password, or any 2FA / OTP code. Anyone who does is impersonating us.
Respond to urgent payment requests via WhatsApp, Telegram, SMS or social media without a cross-check
If you receive an urgent payment request through any messaging channel, do not act on it until you have confirmed it by phone or email using contact details you obtained yourself from sarayalombok.com.
Three checks
What a genuine invoice from Saraya looks like
Every legitimate invoice from us meets all three of these criteria. If any one of them is missing or doesn't match, do not pay until you have confirmed with us directly.
Issued from a named Kinnara or PT Saraya entity
Genuine invoices are issued by Kinnara Capital Limited (HK BRN 76424042), PT Kinnara Capital Indonesia (NIB 2601260101567), or PT Saraya Resort Lombok (NIB 1411250065654).
Matches the VAT and company identifiers on your signed agreement
The invoice header carries the same registered entity name and registration number as the agreement you signed. If they don't match exactly, do not pay.
References a specific construction milestone or contractual line item
Genuine invoices tie to a specific named milestone (e.g. 'Foundations complete — 2nd instalment') or to a clearly identified contractual line. If the description is vague or general, ask us to confirm.

We work actively with Australian, Indonesian and Hong Kong authorities to investigate impersonation and protect prospective buyers, and we take it extremely seriously.
