Current status
Snapshot
Land acquisition and masterplan approval are complete. Site clearance, earthworks, access road and underground drainage works are currently underway on the main Sekotong site. The overall delivery programme remains on track for practical completion in January 2028, with Amara Beach Club targeted to soft-open in Q3 2027.

Reservation holders & depositors
If you are a reservation holder or depositor, you receive a detailed monthly construction report by email on the first working day of each month, covering milestone progress, photography, and any programme variations. This is sent directly from the project delivery team and is not published publicly.
Visit the site or display villa
Site visits are by appointment. Two locations to see: the main resort site in Sekotong, West Lombok, and the display villa ‘The Elysian’ at Mandalika SEZ.
